If you have paid collections that still show outstanding balances, we correct these items or attempt to delete the errors from your report. There are several ways that we can do this. In some cases we personally make phone calls to the creditors and request that they correct or remove the late payments. In other cases we dispute the late payments or incorrect information by submitting a detailed dispute to the ‘3’ credit bureaus.

Unfortunately removing blemishes from credit can be a time consuming process. This is a one time payment that covers two ‘2’ dispute processes, whereby your credit will be worked on with a concerted effort to remove as many derogative credit items as possible. This is a very good deal if you have several derogative credit items i.e.: paid collections, late payments, paid charge-off’s, unjustifiable collections or charge-off’s, after Bankruptcy issues, etc. The initial dispute process takes approximately 30-35 days. Upon completion if the credit bureaus have not removed or corrected all the items that we requested, then we initiate the second dispute process to resolve any remaining incorrect credit items.

Debt Negotiation

Debt negotiation to pay off collection accounts or charge-off accounts can save you big money. We typically negotiate and settle debts for between 50-60% of the balance.
